Definitions “Artwork” means any work of art created by the Seller, including but not limited to paintings, drawings, sculptures, and digital art. “Customer” means any person who purchases an Artwork from the Seller through the online store. “Seller” means the owner of the online art store and the creator of the Artworks. 2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By purchasing an Artwork from the Seller, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3. Ownership of Artworks The Seller retains all ownership rights to the Artworks. The Customer does not acquire any ownership rights to the Artworks by purchasing them. 4. Copyright The Seller retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights to the Artworks. The Customer is prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing the Artworks without the Seller’s express written permission. 5. Prices The prices of the Artworks are listed on the online store. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. 6. Payment The Customer must pay for the Artworks in full at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. 7. Shipping The Seller is responsible for shipping the Artworks to the Customer. The shipping costs are listed on the online store. 8. Returns The Customer may return an Artwork within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. 9. Liability The Seller is not liable for any damages caused by the Artworks. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the Artworks. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
